12 Nations, 3 Groups, the 2 best 1st ranked Nations between all Groups will qualify for the Semifinals, the worst 1st ranked Nation between all Groups and the 2nd Nations from each Group will qualify for the Quarterfinals, the 3rd Nations from each Group and the best 4th ranked Nation between all Groups will qualify for the 7th-10th Places Semifinals, the 2 worst 4th ranked Nations between all Groups will qualify for the 11th Place Match
