9 Nations, 3 Groups, the 1st Nations from each Group and 1 best 2nd Place Nation between the all Groups will qualify for the Semifinals, the rest 2nd Places Nations from each Group will qualify for the 5th Place Match, the 2 best 3rd Nations from each Groups will qualify for the 7th Place Match
